We liked everything about this facility location the staff was very friendly and helpful we were originally booked at a different hotel that canceled my reservation due to my bank freezing my account because I forgot to notify them I was traveling even though I notified them that we would be having an early morning check-in I had originally booked the room to arrive on the 30th but knew we would be arriving on the 1st so when we arrived to the Courtyard at 10:00 a.m. of course check-in isn't until 3:00 I explained the situation to the front desk they said they would see what they could do, they got us in within hour and a half two hours tops so grateful after an overnight flight but the location is perfect close to the DCA Airport plenty of places to go eat all walkable including shopping, our room 1203 had an awesome view of the airport and the Potomac couldn't ask for a better stay

Location to Airport - I had an early flight and late returning flight, airport's location was very convenient. Loved the ability to do self service laundry on site - using an App. I had issues with it working and the staff went above and beyond to help me. The front desk team were helpful and pleasant. The food was very good both for dinner and breakfast. Service was good too. Room was large, bed was comfortable, great shower! It is a cashless hotel, so this is important to note. I was going away for 3 days and the hotel allowed me to leave a large suitcase with them (which i did not need on my trip) and this was very much appreciated. I stayed here twice within the same week.

The facility was exceptionally clean to the point that I did not even have to use the cleaning supplies I had packed. I did not have to ask for extra towels or bath cloths as there was an adequate supply available for my stay. Also, the staff and other employees were very friendly and helpful. The property was also conveniently situated which made it easy to get back and forth from our engagements.

The room was super clean, staff was friendly the AC unit was new model so no bad noise. The front desk gave us metro cards as courtesy during our stay. The shuttle made everything much easier. I was able to communicate through the app to request extra things like towels or coffee. They have a microwave next to the ice machine that we were able to use. I have no complaints.
