We liked everything about this facility location the staff was very friendly and helpful we were originally booked at a different hotel that canceled my reservation due to my bank freezing my account because I forgot to notify them I was traveling even though I notified them that we would be having an early morning check-in I had originally booked the room to arrive on the 30th but knew we would be arriving on the 1st so when we arrived to the Courtyard at 10:00 a.m. of course check-in isn't until 3:00 I explained the situation to the front desk they said they would see what they could do, they got us in within hour and a half two hours tops so grateful after an overnight flight but the location is perfect close to the DCA Airport plenty of places to go eat all walkable including shopping, our room 1203 had an awesome view of the airport and the Potomac couldn't ask for a better stay

Location to Airport - I had an early flight and late returning flight, airport's location was very convenient. Loved the ability to do self service laundry on site - using an App. I had issues with it working and the staff went above and beyond to help me. The front desk team were helpful and pleasant. The food was very good both for dinner and breakfast. Service was good too. Room was large, bed was comfortable, great shower! It is a cashless hotel, so this is important to note. I was going away for 3 days and the hotel allowed me to leave a large suitcase with them (which i did not need on my trip) and this was very much appreciated. I stayed here twice within the same week.

This hotel has an excellent location and exceeded my expectations. It’s clean, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the shower is great. Parking is convenient — you can either pay for valet service or walk just two minutes to a more affordable parking garage nearby. It’s also close to great restaurants and the metro. At check-in, the staff member was super kind, attentive, and very helpful. However, during check-out, the man at the front desk seemed to be in a bad mood and was not helpful at all. A few days earlier, I had asked him something, and his attitude was the same. Other than that, it’s a very pleasant hotel, and I enjoyed my stay.

Convenient location with shuttles to airport and metro. Very clean and comfortable! Love the fact the AC thermostat is on the wall and works very well. Nice hot hot water. It was very quite no slamming of other guests doors which is great when trying to get to sleep early.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff was wonderful and the room was so comfortable to stay in and the hotel location is near everything but the saving grace was free on street parking around the corner. It's less than a 5 minute walk and so worth it.
